ACCESS YOUR NEWSLETTER: You can access it right now or anytime at your convenience.  When prompted, enter the username and password that was emailed to you when you signed up.. Your guides newsletters etc.  will open as an Adobe^® Acrobat^® file, which you can download, print, or use online.

You may  download all the material and print it and save it for your future reference, or just use it online whenever you want.

(Note: Some computers need to have Acrobat loaded before you download.)

PROBLEM#1:  Our username is case-sensitive.  Most of the time problems occurs if  a person types the username in caps.

PROBLEM#2:  You see a blank page.  Restart your computer and re-enter the password and username.

How to Download the Guide to Your Computer
Once you open the Guide as an Acrobat file online, you can easily save it to your computer by clicking on the floppy disk icon on the upper left-hand side of your computer screen.
